Peter Di Salvo stood on his head and made 27 saves to lead Mississippi RiverKings to a 2-1 victory over the Peoria Rivermen. Mississippi RiverKings pulled out the victory even though it was hit with 26 penalty minutes. Mississippi RiverKings was paced by Sam Higgins, who tallied one goal. Higgins scored 16:08 into the third period to make the score 2-1 Mississippi RiverKings. Mike Grace assisted on the tally.
