M1 Minot State University downs M1 Liberty University in overtime, 4-3 (OT)

Jeremy Johnson gave the M1 Minot State University Beavers a 4-3 (OT) victory over the M1 Liberty University Flames when he scored 1:24 into the extra period.

Johnson had a great game for M1 Minot State University, netting two goals.

The 51 shots that the Beavers put on net surpassed M1 Minot State University's average of 6.8 shots per game this season.

M1 Minot State University also had goals scored by Brett Nespor and Austin Yano, who scored one goal each. More assists for M1 Minot State University came via Sam Briscoe, who had one.

With 30 shots on target during the contest, M1 Liberty University exceeded the 15.9 shots it averages per game this year.

The Flames were helped by Raymond Wilson, who had one goal. Wilson scored 5:04 into the second period to make the score 2-2. Eric Masters assisted on the tally. Holden Kurtz made 27 saves for the Beavers on 30 shots. M1 Minot State University incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors. Cary Byron recorded 47 saves for M1 Liberty University. The Flames incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors.
