M3-Aquinas College tried to dig itself out of a three-goal hole, but M3-Hope College held on for a 4-3 victory.

M3-Hope College made the score 4-1 on a goal by Caleb Wortz at 13:16 in the second period, and M3-Aquinas College got as close as 4-3 when Matt Krzykwa scored 2:25 into the third period.

M3-Hope College was led by Brandon Flood, who tallied one goal and one assist. Flood scored short handed 35 seconds into the first period to make the score 1-0 M3-Hope College.
