Nicholas Schultz had two goals and one assist to lead the M1 Villanova University Wildcats to a 7-2 victory over the M1 Canisius College Golden Griffins.

Schultz found the back of the net 9:09 into the second period to make the score 2-1 M1 Villanova University and again while on the power play 11:40 into the second to make the score 3-1 M1 Villanova University.

M1 Villanova University's penalty kill excelled, as the Wildcats gave up one goal despite allowing six power plays.

M1 Villanova University outdid its season average for goals scored. The Wildcats have scored at the pace of 3.5 goals per game during the current campaign. M1 Villanova University's defensemen played an important role in the offense, chipping in two goals.
