M1 Towson University beats M1 Rhode Island ^ University of 5-3 after comeback scare

The M1 Rhode Island ^ University of Rams tried to dig themselves out of a four-goal hole, but the M1 Towson University Tigers held on for a 5-3 victory.

M1 Towson University made the score 5-1 on a goal by Michael Darosa at 8:34 in the third period, and M1 Rhode Island ^ University of got as close as 5-3 when Ray Boudiette scored 18:48 into the third period.

Jeremy Snyder had one goal and two assists to lead the Tigers. Snyder scored on the power play 12:06 into the second period to make the score 4-1 M1 Towson University. Chris Szoka provided the assist.

M1 Towson University capitalized on the Rams' penalties, netting three goals while skating with a man advantage.

M1 Towson University also had goals scored by Nicholas Vonakis and Matthew Mcguire, who each put in one. Other players who recorded assists for M1 Towson University were Kenny Wong, Matt Stella, Dylan Comella, and Ian Dykstra, who each chipped in one.
