The London Nationals and the Sarnia Legionnaires skate to 5-5 (OT) tie

Behind three goals and one assist from John Warren and zero goals and four assists from Austin Kemp, London drew with Sarnia.

The Nationals' offense rang up 45 shots on the Legionnaires' net.

London also had goals scored by Tyler Sehovic and Matt Bean, who each put in one. More assists for London came via Callum Ruddock, John Adams, and Brenden Trottier, who contributed one each.

Sarnia forced London's netminders to work without much rest, taking 48 shots and forcing 43 saves. Zack Weir made 20 stops and Connor Hughes made 23.

The Legionnaires were helped by Brendan Shagena, who registered one goal. Shagena scored 11:52 into the first period to make the score 2-2. Sarnia additionally got points from Ryan Vendramin, who also racked up one goal and one assist. Others who scored for Sarnia included Jacob Stos, Jarret Marks, and Jordan Fogarty, who scored one goal each. In addition, Sarnia received assists from Brock Perry, who had two and Ethan Dupont and Brandon Layman, who each chipped in one.

The Nationals incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors. Aidan Hughes rejected 40 shots on goal for Sarnia. The Legionnaires incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors.
