Torrico nets hat trick, leads M3-Tampa-University of to 9-1 win over M3-East Carolina University

Garrett Torrico lifted the M3-Tampa-University of Spartans to a 9-1 victory with a hat trick against M3-East Carolina University.

Torrico notched his first tally 4:54 into the second period. He then added goals at 12:36 into the third and at 17:11 into the third.

M3-Tampa-University of's Christian Hamlett was a brick wall in net, as he came up with 26 saves and let only one puck past him. Hamlett certainly lowered his goals against average, which was 2.58 entering the contest.

M3-East Carolina University fell victim to a deadly the Spartans power play, which ripped M3-East Carolina University for five goals.
