Kevin McGee gave the M1 Lehigh University Mountain Hawks a 6-5 (OT) victory over the M1 Drexel University Dragons when he scored 27 seconds into the extra period.

Although M1 Lehigh University was up by as many as two goals in the third period, M1 Drexel University kept the game interesting by staging a comeback that ultimately fell short. The Dragons got to within 5-4 on a goal by Ryan Beneduce at 8:44 in the third period.

The Mountain Hawks got the win behind a great game by McGee, who had two goals and three assists. McGee scored the first of his two goals at 7:12 into the first period to make the score 2-1 M1 Lehigh University. Justin Uzcategui assisted on the tally. McGee's next tally made the score 6-5 M1 Lehigh University with 19:33 left in overtime. Christopher Ramondelli provided the assist.

M1 Lehigh University also got points from Henry Brooks, who also grabbed three goals and one assist and Ramondelli, who also registered one goal and three assists. Other players who recorded assists for M1 Lehigh University were Stephen Flego, who had two.

By firing 48 shots on goal, M1 Drexel University exceeded the 1.5 shot it averages per game this year.

The Dragons were led by Ryan Williams, who racked up one goal and two assists. Williams scored on the power play 17:34 into the third period to make the score 5-5. M1 Drexel University earned a power play opportunity when Ramondelli was put in the box for boarding. John Quigley picked up the assist. M1 Drexel University additionally got points from Beneduce, who also had one goal and one assist and Christopher Rodrigue, who also registered one goal and one assist. M1 Drexel University also had goals scored by Matthew Meyer and Maxwell Stetson, who each put in one. In addition, M1 Drexel University received assists from Christopher Carroll, Christopher Hagen, and Dylan Hart, who each chipped in one.

Andrew Carlin rejected 43 shots on goal for M1 Lehigh University. The Mountain Hawks incurred 14 minutes in penalty time with seven minors. Zachary Kantner recorded 16 saves for the Dragons. M1 Drexel University incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors.
