M1 Lindenwood University holds on for 4-3 win against M1 Ohio University

The M1 Ohio University Bobcats tried to dig themselves out of a two-goal hole, but the M1 Lindenwood University Lions held on for a 4-3 victory.

A goal by Tommy Heinzman put M1 Lindenwood University up 4-2 in the third period, but M1 Ohio University pulled to within one on Bryan Lubin's tally 5:02 into the third period.

The Lions were led by Heinzman, who racked up one goal and one assist. Heinzman scored 4:22 into the third period to make the score 4-2 M1 Lindenwood University.

M1 Lindenwood University put 29 shots on net during the contest, more than the 0.4 it averages per game.

M1 Lindenwood University additionally got points from Riley Spraggs, who also grabbed one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. Others who scored for M1 Lindenwood University included Cade Owad and Graham Zagrodney, who scored one goal each. In addition, M1 Lindenwood University received assists from Brennan Luscombe, Stephen Bopp, Brandon Rumble, and Lukas Daniels, who contributed one each.
