M1 Lindenwood University rides Karpinski to victory over M1 Central Oklahoma ^ University of, 3-1

The M1 Lindenwood University Lions relied on the sparkling performance of Cody Karpinski in net to grab a 3-1 win against the M1 Central Oklahoma ^ University of Bronchos.

M1 Lindenwood University was led by Riley Spraggs, who grabbed one goal. Spraggs scored on the power play 16:20 into the second period to make the score 2-0 M1 Lindenwood University. The Lions had taken the advantage when M1 Central Oklahoma ^ University of's Tyler Minx got sent off for roughing. Michael Lozano assisted on the tally.

M1 Lindenwood University forced the Bronchos goalie Alex Henry to work between the pipes, taking 32 shots.

M1 Lindenwood University also got points from Brandon Rumble, who also racked up one goal and one assist. Lukas Daniels also scored for M1 Lindenwood University. In addition, M1 Lindenwood University received assists from Brennan Luscombe, who had two.

M1 Central Oklahoma ^ University of was led by Josh Wyatt, who scored the team's only goal. Wyatt scored on the power play 4:56 into the third period to make the score 2-1 M1 Lindenwood University. The Bronchos had gained a power play chance when Spraggs was whistled for slashing. Michael Rivera provided the assist.

The Bronchos totaled 23 minutes in penalty time with four minors and one major and went 1-for-3 on the power play.
