M1 Ithaca College erases deficit to stun M1 Non-ACHA Team, 3-2

Undaunted by a two-goal deficit, the M1 Ithaca College Bombers battled back to claim a 3-2 victory over M1 Non-ACHA Team.

M1 Ithaca College never led in the game until netting the game winner. The Bombers was down 2-0 after a goal by M1 Non-ACHA Team's Number Eighteen at 5:14 in the first period. M1 Ithaca College tied things up at 2-2 on a goal by Nick Mecca at 20 seconds in the second period. The Bombers netted the game winner at 12:52 in the third period on a goal by Mecca.

Mecca had two goals to lead M1 Ithaca College to victory.

Collin Bradley also scored for M1 Ithaca College. More assists for M1 Ithaca College came via Andy Rossler, who had two and Bryan Yehl, James Biggart, and Tim Foster, who each chipped in one.

With 30 shots on target during the contest, M1 Non-ACHA Team exceeded the 2.0 shots it averages per game this year.

M1 Non-ACHA Team also got a goal from Number Sixteen as well. In addition, M1 Non-ACHA Team received assists from Number Five, Number Eight, and Number Twenty-One, who contributed one each.

Dylan Meyer recorded 28 saves for the Bombers. M1 Ithaca College avoided the penalty box for the entire game and scored zero goals off of zero power plays. Number Thirty-Five rejected 26 shots on goal for M1 Non-ACHA Team. M1 Non-ACHA Team ended with no penalties and went 0-for-0 on the power play.
