Dol, Nichols dominate Whitby, lead Thorold to 6-3 winIroquois - Rink#1 Sat, Feb 13, 2016 Story by Narrative Science.
Behind two goals and two assists from Steven Dol and one goal and two assists from Derek Nichols, the Thorold Athletics downed the Whitby Dunlops 6-3. Dol scored the first of his two goals at 8:36 into the second period to make the score 3-2 Thorold. Nichols assisted on the tally. Dol's next tally made the score 6-3 Thorold with eight seconds left in the third period. Nichols scored 27 seconds into the second period to make the score 1-1. Dol provided the assist.Thorold managed to stay out of the box better than usual, tallying one minor for two minutes in penalty time.
