M1 Oswego State University downs M1 Canisius College in overtime, 5-4 (OT)

The M1 Oswego State University Lakers' Michael Lucarelli scored 36 seconds into overtime to beat the M1 Canisius College Golden Griffins, 5-4 (OT).

M1 Oswego State University came back from a two-goal deficit to capture the victory. The Lakers fell behind 3-1 after a goal by M1 Canisius College's Stan Pawlow at 10:49 in the second period. M1 Oswego State University knotted things up at 4-4 on a goal by Nicolas Epping at 18:33 in the third period.

Lucarelli had a great game for the Lakers, netting two goals.

With 39 shots on target during the contest, M1 Oswego State University exceeded the 0.3 shots it averages per game this year.

Others who scored for M1 Oswego State University included Eric Staropoli and Connor Hoyng, who scored one goal each. In addition, M1 Oswego State University received assists from Nick Winters, who had two and Brendon Wormley, Zack Cornish, Michael Pisarevsky, and Kegan Storjohann, who each chipped in one.
