Early goals doom M3-San Francisco State, falls to M3-Santa Clara University, 11-2Aston Ice Works Rink 2 Sat, Jan 30, 2016 M3-Santa Clara University opened up a five-goal lead after the first period and did not look back en route to an 11-2 win over M3-San Francisco State. AJ Hood had five goals to lead M3-Santa Clara University to victory. Hood notched his first tally 3:47 into the first period. He then added goals at 6:58 into the first, at 8:27 into the first, at 16:33 into the first, and at 8:01 into the second. M3-Santa Clara University pulled out the victory even though it was hit with 31 penalty minutes.
