M1 Colorado State University survives M1 Missouri State University comeback, wins 5-3

The M1 Colorado State University Rams survived a determined comeback attempt by the M1 Missouri State University Ice Bears on the way to a 5-3 win.

A goal by Zach Lish put M1 Colorado State University up 5-1 in the third period, but M1 Missouri State University pulled to within two on James Demarco's tally 18:18 into the third period.

Chandler Yoder was all over the ice for the Rams, as he tallied two goals and one assist in the win. Yoder scored the first of his two goals at 19:26 into the first period to make the score 1-0 M1 Colorado State University. William Neff provided the assist. Yoder's next tally made the score 2-1 M1 Colorado State University with 4:48 left in the second period. M1 Colorado State University had taken the advantage when the Ice Bears' Alex Turin got sent off for tripping. Lish picked up the assist.
