St. Louis AAA Blues (mm) tried its best to erase a two-goal deficit, but CT Wolfpack (mm) would not be denied the victory and hung on to win, 3-2. A goal by Avi Sytner put CT Wolfpack (mm) up 3-1 in the third period, but St. Louis AAA Blues (mm) pulled to within one on Clayton Dawe's tally 15:48 into the third period. CT Wolfpack (mm) was led by Sytner, who grabbed one goal. Sytner scored 13:40 into the third period to make the score 3-1 CT Wolfpack (mm). Matthew Pasic provided the assist. CT Wolfpack (mm) put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow St. Louis AAA Blues (mm) to score on any of its four power plays. St. Louis AAA Blues (mm) was unable to stop CT Wolfpack (mm) from sending pucks towards the net, and CT Wolfpack (mm) eventually piled up 36 shots on goal.
