Atlanta downs Cincinnati, 7-3

Atlanta won 7-3 over Cincinnati.

Atlanta forced Cincinnati's goalies to work all game long, taking 41 shots and forcing 34 saves. Daniel Dolliver made 16 stops and Tyler Geloneck made 18.

Atlanta was helped by Evan Camba, who tallied one goal and one assist. Camba scored 3:25 into the second period to make the score 2-0 Atlanta. Riley Hummitsch picked up the assist. Atlanta also got points from Kyle Rimbach, who also registered one goal and one assist, Philip Pugliese, who also racked up one goal and one assist, Alex Johanson, who also had one goal and one assist, and Dylan Wattles, who also tallied one goal and one assist. Atlanta also had goals scored by Frank Trazzera and Jesse Brown, who each put in one. In addition, Atlanta received assists from Arturas Laukaitis, who had two and Jack Cleaver, Drake Cartwright, Steve MacIver, Ryan Dumond, and Ross Bartlett, who contributed one each.

Cincinnati was led by Hunter Schneider, who registered two goals and one assist. Schneider scored the first of his two goals at 13:00 into the second period to make the score 5-1 Atlanta. Schneider's next tally made the score 6-2 Atlanta with 4:46 left in the second period. Arsenii Vashchuk provided the assist. Albert Janele also scored for Cincinnati. Other players who recorded assists for Cincinnati were Justin Bioni, who had one.

Atlanta's Aleksandr Zendejas stopped 19 shots out of the 22 that he faced. Atlanta incurred 42 minutes in penalty time with six minors. Cincinnati incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors.
