Meijer AAA 16U survived a determined comeback attempt by New York Aviators 16U on the way to a 3-2 win. A goal by Jack Wood put Meijer AAA 16U up 3-1 in the third period, but New York Aviators 16U pulled to within one on Shane Pinto's tally 8:35 into the third period. Cam Lindsay had a great game for Meijer AAA 16U, netting two goals.
