Les Canadiennes takes care of Boston Blades early, wins 10-1

Les Canadiennes jumped out to a six-point advantage by the end of the first period and beat Boston Blades, 10-1.

Marie-Philip Poulin had one goal and three assists to lead Les Canadiennes. Poulin scored 5:07 into the second period to make the score 7-0 Les Canadiennes. Ann-Sophie Bettez picked up the assist.

Les Canadiennes kept Boston Blades' goalie busy throughout the game, and Genevieve Lacasse made 35 saves on 45 shots. Les Canadiennes found the back of the net more times than it usually has this season. Les Canadiennes has scored at the pace of 4.8 goals per game during the current campaign.

Les Canadiennes also got points from Caroline Ouellette, who also tallied one goal and one assist, Bettez, who also had one goal and three assists, and Karell Emard, who also registered one goal and two assists. Others who scored for Les Canadiennes included Kim Deschenes, who had three and Noemie Marin, Alyssa Sherrard, and Jordanna Peroff, who each put in one.
