Pittsburgh Penguins Elite (MM) stifles Belle Tire (MM)'s comeback, gains 4-2 victory

Pittsburgh Penguins Elite (MM) came close to giving away a three-goal lead to Belle Tire (MM), but did just enough to escape with a 4-2 victory.

Pittsburgh Penguins Elite (MM) led by three goals at one point and ended with the victory. The largest advantage in the game came when Pittsburgh Penguins Elite (MM)'s Jordan Timmons scored at 2:49 in the third period to put Pittsburgh Penguins Elite (MM) up 3-0.

Pittsburgh Penguins Elite (MM) forced Belle Tire (MM)'s netminders to work all game long, getting 35 shots and forcing 31 saves. Roman Malkov made 24 stops and Andrew Kormos made seven.

Others who scored for Pittsburgh Penguins Elite (MM) included William Casey and Dustin Rinaldo, who scored one goal each. Belle Tire (MM) had taken the advantage when Pittsburgh Penguins Elite (MM)'s Alex Crilley got sent off for kneeing. Trevor Coykendall picked up the assist. Other players who recorded assists for Belle Tire (MM) were Michael Hodgson, who had two.
