Nick Thorpe registered two points to lead St. Louis AAA Blues (mm) to a 5-2 victory over Phoenix Jr. Coyotes (mm).

St. Louis AAA Blues (mm) forced Phoenix Jr. Coyotes (mm)'s netminders to work without much rest, taking 37 shots and forcing 32 saves. Dmytro Zakharchenko made 24 stops and Armand Charland made eight. St. Louis AAA Blues (mm) stifled Phoenix Jr. Coyotes (mm)'s power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man.
