Nepean rides Marotte to victory over Ottawa, 2-1Nepean Sportsplex Rink 1 Sun, Feb 21, 2016 Story by Narrative Science.
The Nepean Raiders relied on the sparkling performance of Francis Marotte in net to grab a 2-1 win against the Ottawa Senators. Nepean was led by Josh Zizek, who racked up one goal. Zizek scored 13:07 into the second period to make the score 2-0 Nepean. Mike Finger also scored for Nepean. More assists for Nepean came via Hunter Garlasco and PJ Heger, who contributed one each. Ottawa's penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on four Nepean power plays. The Senators did not reach the goal total they have come to expect this season. Ottawa averages 3.4 goals per game.
