The Kemptville 73s scored three goals in the second period to pull away from the Hawkesbury Hawks and clinch a 6-1 win. Kemptville's penalty kill excelled, as the 73s gave up one goal despite allowing seven power plays. Kemptville was sparked by Owen Guy, who racked up one goal.
