Behind a great game by Noah Jordan, who had one goal and four assists, the St. Michaels Buzzers defeated the Milton Icehawks, 10-1. Jordan scored 9:26 into the first period to make the score 2-0 St. Michaels. David Martino assisted on the tally. Jordan dished an assist on A.J. Dorazio's goal that made the score 3-0 St. Michaels at 1:31 into the second period. He then added assists on Sean Kohler's goal at 11:02 into the second, on Thomas Beretta's goal at 1:44 into the third, and on Michael Andlauer's goal at 9:05 into the third.St. Michaels was led by goalie Mark Manolescu, who finished with 34 saves while allowing one goal. The solid play of Manolescu will be reflected in his goals against average, which pre-game was 3.21. The Buzzers excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in three chances. Milton was unable to stop St. Michaels from sending pucks towards the net, and the Buzzers eventually piled up 46 shots on goal. St. Michaels outdid its season average for goals scored.
