Hanlon's hat trick boosts Kingston over Lindsay, 4-1

Jacob Hanlon netted a hat trick to lead the Kingston Voyageurs over the Lindsay Muskies, 4-1.

Hanlon notched his first tally 3:48 into the second period. He then added goals at 7:10 into the third and at 10:19 into the third.

Lindsay was unable to stop Kingston from sending pucks towards the net, and the Voyageurs eventually piled up 43 shots on goal.

Kingston also got a goal from Ian Harris as well. More assists for Kingston came via Brandon Nadeau, who had two and Josh Hardiman, Connor Bebb, Matthew Lourenco, and Jack Zielinski, who each chipped in one.

The Muskies stifled Kingston's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man.

Lindsay was led by Nick Isaacson, who scored the team's only goal. Isaacson scored on the power play 4:12 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Lindsay. The Muskies had gained a power play chance when Zachary Emelifeonwu was whistled for goalie interference. Cedric Ralph provided the assist.

Zach Springer rejected 22 shots on goal for the Voyageurs. Kingston incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors. Sean Green recorded 39 saves for Lindsay. The Muskies incurred 18 minutes in penalty time with four minors.
