Behind two goals and one assist from Nicholas Jarzabek and one goal and three assists from Nico Gonzalez, Toronto Jr. Canadiens drew with North York.

The Junior Canadiens forced Rangers' netminders to work hard to keep the puck out of the net, firing 62 shots and forcing 58 saves. Gianluca Baggetta made 35 stops and Jeremie Lintner made 23. Toronto Jr. Canadiens excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in four chances.

Toronto Jr. Canadiens also got points from Gonzalez, who also registered one goal and three assists to lead the team in points. Lee Lapid also scored for Toronto Jr. Canadiens. Other players who recorded assists for Toronto Jr. Canadiens were Andrew Pucci, who had two and Andrew Mullen and Eric Eremita, who contributed one each.

The Junior Canadiens were unable to stop the Rangers from sending pucks towards the net, and North York eventually piled up 38 shots on goal.

The Rangers were led by Joshua Dame, who grabbed one goal and two assists. Dame scored 10:37 into the third period to make the score 4-3 Toronto Jr. Canadiens. Kyle Clarke assisted on the tally. North York additionally got points from Christian Mitri, who also finished with one goal and one assist. Others who scored for North York included Ted Hunt and Keegan Blasby, who scored one goal each. In addition, North York received assists from Tyler Currie, Louis Kereakou, Grayden Gottschalk, and Nick Campoli, who each chipped in one.

Daniel Lopapa recorded 34 saves for Toronto Jr. Canadiens. The Junior Canadiens incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors. North York incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors. The Rangers ran into serious disciplinary problems during the contest, and Dean Rayner was ejected from the game.
