The Wellington Dukes used a sparkling performance by Anthony Popovich to take down the Lindsay Muskies, as the netminder did not allow a goal in Wellington's 3-0 shutout victory.

The Dukes were sparked by Ben Sokay, who had one goal. Sokay scored 9:17 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Wellington. Jake Falcao provided the assist.

Wellington excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in three chances.
