Richer leads Kingston to shutout victory over Lindsay

David Richer recorded a shutout against the Lindsay Muskies as the Kingston Voyageurs picked up a 4-0 win.

Kingston was paced by Connor Bebb, who had one goal. Bebb scored 2:03 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Kingston. Connor Cobbold provided the assist.

The Voyageurs' offense rang up 33 shots on Lindsay's net.

Kingston also got points from Anthony Rinaldi, who also tallied one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. Kingston also had goals scored by Zachary Emelifeonwu and Danny Bosio, who each put in one. More assists for Kingston came via Jacob Hanlon, who had two and Colin Tonge, Mason Corliss, Reed Kekewich, and Brandon Nadeau, who contributed one each.

The Muskies did not reach the goal total they have come to expect this season. Lindsay averages 2.3 goals per game. The Muskies forced Kingston goalie Richer to work between the pipes, taking 33 shots.

David Richer made 33 saves for the Voyageurs on 33 shots. Kingston incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors. Boyd Diclemente recorded 29 saves for Lindsay. The Muskies incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors.
