EISENHOWER's big game bests RICHMOND ROBINS in 12-5 PENNSYLVANIA SCORCHERS win

SAM EISENHOWER had four goals and two assists to lead PENNSYLVANIA SCORCHERS to a 12-5 victory over RICHMOND ROBINS.

EISENHOWER notched his first tally 1:19 into the first period. He then added goals at 12:22 into the first, at 3:45 into the second, and at 13:53 into the second.

PENNSYLVANIA SCORCHERS managed to stay out of the box for the most part, totaling one minor for two minutes in penalty time. Even so, PENNSYLVANIA SCORCHERS surpassed its low season average of 1.0 penalty minutes per game. PENNSYLVANIA SCORCHERS bested its season scoring average. PENNSYLVANIA SCORCHERS has scored at the pace of 8.5 goals per game during the current campaign. The defensemen of PENNSYLVANIA SCORCHERS were also effective in RICHMOND ROBINS' zone, and came away with six goals.

PENNSYLVANIA SCORCHERS also got points from TOM GAGLIANO, who also tallied one goal and two assists and JAY ALLEN, who also registered one goal and one assist. DAVE JERRI also scored for PENNSYLVANIA SCORCHERS. More assists for PENNSYLVANIA SCORCHERS came via MATT ENGLE, who had two and CONNOR FERRELL and RUSS SEIBERLICH, who contributed one each.

RICHMOND ROBINS' penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on three PENNSYLVANIA SCORCHERS power plays.

RICHMOND ROBINS was helped by FORREST FORD, who had two goals. FORD scored the first of his two goals at 4:28 into the first period to make the score 3-1 PENNSYLVANIA SCORCHERS. FORD's next tally made the score 8-3 PENNSYLVANIA SCORCHERS with 17:31 left in the second period. RICHMOND ROBINS additionally got points from TERY DEBOSE, who also tallied one goal and one assist. RICHMOND ROBINS also got a goal from MATTHEW COLOMBO as well. In addition, RICHMOND ROBINS received assists from MATTHEW BELVIN, who had one.

JACK PURDY made nine saves before being replaced by ADRIAN ORIO, who took the win and made nine saves. DAKOTA PARKER recorded 13 saves for RICHMOND ROBINS. RICHMOND ROBINS incurred 16 minutes in penalty time with three minors and had no power play opportunities.
