Cole Olson gave the M1 Minot State University Beavers a 4-3 (OT) victory over the M1 Ohio University Bobcats when he scored 8:40 into the extra period.

In the losing effort, M1 Ohio University was led by Michael Harris, who had two goals. Harris scored the first of his two goals on the power play at 13:29 into the first period to make the score 2-2. The Bobcats had taken the advantage when M1 Minot State University's Nicholas Zern got sent off for holding. Tyler Benson provided the assist.
