Cheyenne Stampede falls to Colorado Eagles in overtime, 2-1 (OT)

Colorado Eagles' Cade Warner scored 4:47 into overtime to beat Cheyenne Stampede, 2-1 (OT).

The win by Colorado Eagles clinched the best of three series at 2-0.

Warner was all over the ice for Colorado Eagles, as he registered two goals in the win.

Colorado Eagles was led by goalie Quinn Wold, who finished with 32 saves while allowing one goal. The solid play of Wold will be reflected in his goals against average, which pre-game was 1.95.

Colorado Eagles' penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on three Cheyenne Stampede power plays. Colorado Eagles forced Cheyenne Stampede goalie Corey Foster to work between the pipes, taking 61 shots.

More assists for Colorado Eagles came via Tanner Ulland, Jackson Wallis, Ben Gundry, and Scott Smoot, who contributed one each.

Cheyenne Stampede's offense rang up 33 shots on Colorado Eagles' net.
