Southern Oregon Spartans had a four-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to an 8-3 win over Seattle Totems. After the loss made the series score 1-0 in the best of three series, Seattle Totems faces elimination next time out. Johan Lovestrom was all over the ice for Southern Oregon Spartans, as he racked up two goals in the win. Lovestrom found the back of the net 1:49 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Southern Oregon Spartans and again while 4:44 into the first to make the score 2-0 Southern Oregon Spartans. Southern Oregon Spartans forced Seattle Totems' goalies to work between the pipes, taking 54 shots and forcing 46 saves. Anton Vigre made 35 stops and Angus Campbell made 11.
