The M1 Lindenwood University Lions relied on the sparkling performance of Michael Hails in net to grab a 2-1 win against the M1 Adrian College Bulldogs.

M1 Lindenwood University was led by Rock Einersen, who racked up one goal. Einersen scored 14:11 into the third period to make the score 2-1 M1 Lindenwood University. Graham Zagrodney picked up the assist.

The Lions stifled M1 Adrian College's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. With 33 shots on target during the contest, M1 Lindenwood University exceeded the 2.0 shots it averages per game this year.

Stephen Bopp also scored for M1 Lindenwood University. More assists for M1 Lindenwood University came via Jake Fairchild, Kevin Walters, and Lukas Daniels, who each chipped in one.

The Bulldogs excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in three chances. M1 Adrian College's offense was clicking better than usual and put 43 shots on goal during the game, better than the 1.0 shot per game it averages.

The Bulldogs were led by Matthew Oneill, who scored the team's only goal. Oneill scored 5:35 into the first period to make the score 1-0 M1 Adrian College. Matt Zaremba assisted on the tally.

Hails recorded 42 saves for the Lions. M1 Lindenwood University incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors. M1 Adrian College's Austyn Roudebush stopped 31 shots out of the 33 that he faced. The Bulldogs incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors.
