Bew's hat trick boosts M1 Niagara University over M1 Robert Morris Univ Pennsylvania, 7-2

A hat trick by Dalton Bew was the highlight in Purple Eagles' 7-2 win against the M1 Robert Morris Univ Pennsylvania Colonials.

Bew's first goal came 51 seconds into the first period. He then added goals at 19:51 into the second and at 5:26 into the third.

The M1 Niagara University Purple Eagles stifled M1 Robert Morris Univ Pennsylvania's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. M1 Niagara University's goal total was higher than its season average. The Purple Eagles average 4.0 goals per game. M1 Niagara University put 37 shots on net during the contest, more than the 4.0 it averages per game.

M1 Niagara University also got points from Andrew Mitch, who also racked up one goal and two assists and Patrick Gregory, who also had one goal and two assists. Wes Heinle provided the assist. M1 Robert Morris Univ Pennsylvania also got a goal from Chris Howland as well. Other players who recorded assists for M1 Robert Morris Univ Pennsylvania were Joseph Bond, Alex Dagnal, and Travis Reece, who each chipped in one.
