EAST BAY JAWZ pulled out a 4-3 (OT) overtime victory over RIPON RED TAILS on a clutch goal by Vaughn Moonan.

Moonan had a great game for EAST BAY JAWZ, netting two goals. Moonan scored at 6:51 into the second period to make the score 3-1 EAST BAY JAWZ and again while 1:32 into the third to make the score 4-3 EAST BAY JAWZ.

EAST BAY JAWZ additionally got points from Louie Cunha, who also finished with one goal and one assist. CJ Gamble also scored for EAST BAY JAWZ. More assists for EAST BAY JAWZ came via Dylan Yott, Josh Carey, and Andres Traczuk, who contributed one each.

RIPON RED TAILS stifled EAST BAY JAWZ's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. Team's forwards weren't the only contributers offensively, and the team's defensemen showcased their scoring touch with two goals.

RIPON RED TAILS was led by Spencer Stoley, who registered two goals. Stoley scored the first of his two goals at 9:15 into the first period to make the score 2-1 EAST BAY JAWZ. Luke Steichen assisted on the tally. Stoley's next tally made the score 3-2 EAST BAY JAWZ with 7:38 left in the second period. Oscar Villalobos provided the assist.
