M1 Delaware / University of rides Troiano to victory over M1 Rhode Island / University of, 2-1

Dylan Troiano stood on his head and made 28 saves to lead the M1 Delaware / University of Blue Hens to a 2-1 victory over the M1 Rhode Island / University of Rams.

M1 Delaware / University of was led by John Redgate, who racked up one goal. Redgate scored 14:24 into the second period to make the score 2-1 M1 Delaware / University of. Maxwell Freeman picked up the assist.

The Blue Hens put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow M1 Rhode Island / University of to score on any of its four power plays. M1 Delaware / University of put 35 shots on net during the contest, more than the 6.0 it averages per game.
