Todd Winder was all over the ice for the Uxbridge Bruins, as he tallied two goals in Uxbridge's 4-0 win over the Little Britain Merchants. Winder's tallies came at 16:29 into the second period to make the score 1-0 Uxbridge and 5:15 into the third to make the score 2-0 Uxbridge.The win by the Bruins clinched the best of seven series at 4-0. Uxbridge excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in five chances. Little Britain was unable to stop the Bruins from sending pucks towards the net, and Uxbridge eventually piled up 52 shots on goal. Jarett Smith also scored for Uxbridge. In addition, Uxbridge received assists from Daryl Thomson and Shane Smith, who each chipped in one and Marco Mastrangelo and Tyson Eastgate, who contributed two each. The Merchants' penalty kill managed to stymie the Bruins' power play, giving up only one goal while playing with a man down. Little Britain's offense was handcuffed by Uxbridge's defensive play, and the Merchants managed only 14 shots on goal during the game. Brandon Francey rejected 14 shots on goal for the Bruins. Uxbridge incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors. Garrett Haden recorded 48 saves for Little Britain. The Merchants incurred 30 minutes in penalty time with 10 minors. Little Britain ran into serious disciplinary problems during the contest, and Mackenzie Smith was ejected from the game.
