Behind a great game by Andy Thurby, who had two goals, the M1 Lebanon Valley College Flying Dutchmen defeated the M1 West Chester University Golden Rams, 5-1.

Thurby scored on the power play at 12:05 into the first period to make the score 1-0 M1 Lebanon Valley College and again while 6:41 into the second to make the score 2-0 M1 Lebanon Valley College.

M1 Lebanon Valley College was led by goalie Brenden Manquen, who finished with 34 saves while allowing one goal. The solid play of Manquen will be reflected in his goals against average, which pre-game was 2.0.

The Flying Dutchmen put 50 shots on net during the contest, more than the 20.8 they average per game.

M1 Lebanon Valley College also got points from Jacob Thomas, who also registered one goal and two assists to lead the team in points. M1 Lebanon Valley College also had goals scored by Alexander Toppin and Justin Boyd, who scored one goal each. In addition, M1 Lebanon Valley College received assists from Paul Hefferin and Zachary McKown, who each chipped in one and Matthew Reno, Joey Labonte, and Russ Armbruster, who contributed two each.
