STONEY CREEK survived a determined comeback attempt by OAKVILLE on the way to a 2-1 win.

STONEY CREEK took a 2-0 lead during the third period, only to have OAKVILLE storm back on a Madison Field (A) goal 11:24 into the third period to pull to one goal down.

The win gave STONEY CREEK a 1-0 lead in the best of one series.

STONEY CREEK was paced by Sarah Quaranta (C), who tallied one goal. Quaranta (C) scored 5:56 into the third period to make the score 2-0 STONEY CREEK. Paige Jackson (A) picked up the assist.
