Anthony Pullia had two goals to lead the Ayr Centennials to a 4-1 victory over the Paris Mounties. Pullia's tallies came at 10:32 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Ayr and on the power play 19:59 into the second to make the score 2-1 Ayr.After the loss made the series score 3-0 in the best of seven series, Paris faces elimination next time out. Ayr pulled out the victory even though it was hit with 34 penalty minutes. The Centennials' offense rang up 48 shots on the Mounties' net. Team could not crack Paris' penalty kill and was held to one power play goal while having 11 opportunities to play with the man advantage. Others who scored for Ayr included Carver Ormiston and Felix Lantaigne, who each put in one. More assists for Ayr came via Mackenzie Kemp, Jake Whibbs, Quinn Diamond, Eric Hackborn, Andrew Richard, and Brendan Schaefer, who each chipped in one. The Mounties were led by Clayton Chalmers, who scored the team's only goal. Chalmers scored on the power play 11:19 into the first period to make the score 1-1. Paris had gained a power play chance when Lantaigne was whistled for slashing. Brady Wheelans picked up the assist. Will Rawski recorded 23 saves for Ayr. Zach Shomphe made 44 saves for the Mounties on 47 shots. Paris incurred 46 minutes in penalty time with 13 minors. The Mounties ran into serious disciplinary problems during the contest, and Wheelans was ejected from the game.
