OAKVILLE's Madison Field (A) scored 1:19 into overtime to beat TORONTO, 3-2 (OT). The win gave OAKVILLE a 1-0 lead in the best of one series. TORONTO's penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on five OAKVILLE power plays. TORONTO was helped by Jessie Eldridge, who registered one goal. Eldridge scored 9:55 into the first period to make the score 1-0 TORONTO. Taylor Baker also scored for TORONTO. In addition, TORONTO received assists from Sabrina Repaci, who had one. OAKVILLE took out Nikki Cece after she had made 20 saves and installed Daniela Paniccia in goal, where she finished with two saves and the win.
