Central relied on the scoring touch of Tyler Seltenriech, who netted two goals, to beat East, 5-2.

Seltenriech's tallies came at 15:39 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Central and 9:16 into the second to make the score 2-1 Central.

Central additionally got points from Peter Henderson, who also racked up one goal and one assist and Nathan Scofield, who also tallied one goal and one assist. Central also got a goal from Nikita Ermilov as well. Other players who recorded assists for Central were Yves Leemann, Andrew Bond, and Dakota Ulmer, who contributed one each and Ryan Martin and Scott Coash Jr., who each chipped in two.

East was helped by Hunter Schneider, who registered one goal. Schneider scored 18:19 into the second period to make the score 2-2. Brenden Williams assisted on the tally. Tyler Dalton also scored for East. More assists for East came via David Chavis, who had one.

Hunter Vorva took the win and made five saves before being replaced by Cameron Schueren who made 20 saves. Central ended with no penalties and went 0-for-0 on the power play. Alec Rounds made 22 saves for East on 27 shots. East finished the contest with no penalties and went 0-for-0 with the man advantage.
