M3-Fredonia State University holds on for 7-5 win against M3-Penn State-Behrend

M3-Penn State-Behrend tried to dig itself out of a four-goal hole, but M3-Fredonia State University held on for a 7-5 victory.

M3-Fredonia State University took a 7-3 lead during the third period, only to have M3-Penn State-Behrend storm back on a Nate Pellegrino goal 16:17 into the third period to pull to two goals down.

M3-Fredonia State University got the win on the strength of a great game by Tyler Mctigue, who had four goals and one assist. Mctigue got on the scoresheet 4:34 into the first period. He then added goals at 16:17 into the second and at 17:43 into the second.

M3-Fredonia State University outdid its season average for goals scored. This season, M3-Fredonia State University averages 4.9 goals per contest. M3-Fredonia State University was effective with a man advantage, and put in five goals while on the power play.
