Lasher lifts LONG ISLAND 495ERS WHITE over NORTHEAST UPRISING, 9-4

Pat Lasher had four goals to lead LONG ISLAND 495ERS WHITE to a 9-4 victory over NORTHEAST UPRISING.

Lasher's first goal came seven seconds into the first period. He then added goals at 11:22 into the first, at 1:00 into the second, and at 2:24 into the second.

LONG ISLAND 495ERS WHITE outdid its season average for goals scored. LONG ISLAND 495ERS WHITE averages 5.9 goals per game.

LONG ISLAND 495ERS WHITE also got points from Troy Wegenaar, who also tallied one goal and two assists. Mike Lasher also scored for LONG ISLAND 495ERS WHITE. Other players who recorded assists for LONG ISLAND 495ERS WHITE were Rob Brian, who had three, Alex Khusid, who had four, and Mike Scardigno and John Gunn, who contributed two each.

NORTHEAST UPRISING had gotten the advantage when LONG ISLAND 495ERS WHITE's Lasher was sent off for interference. Kyle Mercier picked up the assist. Bissonnette's next tally on the power play made the score 8-4 LONG ISLAND 495ERS WHITE with 7:14 left in the second period. Mike Sobel provided the assist. NORTHEAST UPRISING also got a goal from Fernando Cartasena as well. In addition, NORTHEAST UPRISING received assists from Kyle Berube, who had one.

Rob Perepezko made 19 saves for LONG ISLAND 495ERS WHITE on 23 shots. LONG ISLAND 495ERS WHITE incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors and had no power play opportunities. Will Botelho rejected 17 shots on goal for NORTHEAST UPRISING. NORTHEAST UPRISING ended with no penalties and went 1-for-3 on the power play.
