Mudge's big game bests M1 Eastern Michigan University in 8-2 M1 Western Michigan University win

Zach Mudge was all over the ice for the M1 Western Michigan University Stallions, as he tallied two goals and one assist in M1 Western Michigan University's 8-2 win over the M1 Eastern Michigan University Eagles.

Mudge found the back of the net on the power play 6:49 into the second period to make the score 3-1 M1 Western Michigan University and again while on the power play 2:20 into the third to make the score 6-1 M1 Western Michigan University.

The Stallions surpassed their usual scoring output this season. M1 Western Michigan University averages 3.7 goals per game. With 36 shots on target during the contest, the Stallions exceeded the 1.9 shot they average per game this year.
