M3-Christopher Newport University beats M3-Liberty University 4-3 after comeback scare

M3-Liberty University tried its best to erase a two-goal deficit, but M3-Christopher Newport University would not be denied the victory and hung on to win, 4-3.

M3-Christopher Newport University made the score 4-2 on a goal by Brandon Finch at 11:05 in the third period, and M3-Liberty University got as close as 4-3 when Markus Deas scored 14:17 into the third period.

M3-Christopher Newport University was led by Finch, who finished with one goal and one assist.
