Colorado Rampage (mm) falls to Boston Advantage (mm) in overtime, 3-2 (OT)

Zack Damico gave Boston Advantage (mm) a 3-2 (OT) victory over Colorado Rampage (mm) when he scored 5:00 into the extra period.

Matt Rutigliano had two goals to lead Boston Advantage (mm) to victory. Rutigliano scored at 4:54 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Boston Advantage (mm) and again while 14:17 into the second to make the score 2-1 Boston Advantage (mm).

Boston Advantage (mm) put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow Colorado Rampage (mm) to score on any of its five power plays. Colorado Rampage (mm) was unable to stop Boston Advantage (mm) from sending pucks towards the net, and Boston Advantage (mm) eventually piled up 31 shots on goal. Boston Advantage (mm) could not stay out of the penalty box, as the team accrued 14 minutes in penalties during the game.

In addition, Boston Advantage (mm) received assists from Charlie Reid and Sean Davis, who each chipped in two.

Colorado Rampage (mm) was led by Luke Millen, who grabbed one goal and one assist. Millen scored 2:36 into the third period to make the score 2-2. Ty Pochipinski picked up the assist. Colorado Rampage (mm) also got a goal from Carson Briske as well. More assists for Colorado Rampage (mm) came via Adam Vandenbos, who had one.

Ryan Hoff recorded 19 saves for Boston Advantage (mm). Boston Advantage (mm) registered zero goals on two power play opportunities. Kevin Lake made 28 saves for Colorado Rampage (mm) on 31 shots. Colorado Rampage (mm) incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors.
