Chicago Fury (mm) wins tough contest against Belle Tire (mm), 3-2

Chicago Fury (mm) and Belle Tire (mm) were evenly matched throughout their contest, but Chicago Fury (mm) made the most of its opportunities and won, 3-2.

Neither team gained more than a one-goal lead, and Josh N Nelson's goal in the third period proved to be the difference maker.

Chicago Fury (mm) was led by Nelson, who tallied one goal and one assist. Nelson scored 4:37 into the third period to make the score 3-2 Chicago Fury (mm). Brendan Schultz provided the assist.

Chicago Fury (mm) also got points from Schultz, who also racked up one goal and two assists to lead the team in points. Chicago Fury (mm) also got a goal from Matt McGrath as well. More assists for Chicago Fury (mm) came via Bryan Norman, who had one.

Belle Tire (mm) put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow Chicago Fury (mm) to score on any of its four power plays.
