M2 Lewis University shrugs off penalties, upends M2 DePaul University, 5-2

M2 DePaul University failed to take advantage of its power play opportunities and M2 Lewis University shook off a number of penalties to win, 5-2.

M2 Lewis University was led by Trevor Neenan, who racked up one goal. Neenan scored 3:14 into the third period to make the score 3-1 M2 Lewis University. Kevin Hart picked up the assist.

M2 DePaul University was unable to stop M2 Lewis University from sending pucks towards the net, and M2 Lewis University eventually piled up 31 shots on goal. M2 Lewis University could not stay out of the penalty box, as the team accrued 18 minutes in penalties during the game.

M2 Lewis University additionally got points from Tyler Adams, who also registered one goal and one assist. M2 Lewis University also got a goal from Patrick Gill as well.
