M2 Springfield College survives M2 Thomas College comeback, wins 6-4

M2 Springfield College survived a determined comeback attempt by M2 Thomas College on the way to a 6-4 win.

M2 Springfield College made the score 6-2 on a goal by Nate Farrington at 4:54 in the third period, and M2 Thomas College got as close as 6-4 when Alexander Nadeau scored 10:25 into the third period.

M2 Springfield College's penalty kill excelled, as M2 Springfield College gave up zero goals despite allowing nine power plays.

M2 Springfield College stifled M2 Thomas College's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. M2 Springfield College got an offensive boost from its blueliners, who contributed three goals during the game.
